Yup. Good attack animation, good damage, magic immune spell, can kill pretty easily, has built-in regen, can teamfight or splitpush depending on the game, and his ult just deletes heroes from the game.
The default AI bots are really bad. You can practice basic game mechanics like last hitting, denying, warding, pulling and stacking camps etc, but individual or team strategies are useless.
